Tanya Kallan was born and raised in Albuquerque and has lived in New Mexico all her life, including the east mountains.
She was drawn to First Unitarian by her passion for building positive communities and helping people to improve wellbeing and cultivate meaning and purpose in their lives. In 2020, she assisted in the development of a free workbook designed to help people “move from surviving to thriving” and she volunteers in teaching positive psychology courses.
Tanya has extensive business administrative experience and enjoys learning. She is currently completing her master’s degree in Organization, Information & Learning Sciences (OILS) with a concentration in Adult Learning & Professional Development.
