February 12—This session will focus on a holistic approach to aging well. The major components that influence aging that will be discussed include: diet, exercise; preventing falls; emotional and attitudinal perspectives; spiritual broadening as a way to ameliorate pain and encourage a sense of peace; and how our environment impacts us.

Asia has an MS in Gerontology/Adult Education and has trained to administer nursing homes in New York. She is currently leading AARP workshops and has pearls of wisdom and experience to share.
