Desert Stream Sangha and Pop Up Meditation Dōjō- Sundays before the service in the Arnold Room Two segments – come for either or both. Chat Table– right after the service almost every Sunday, designated table in Social Hall Would you like to meet people and have meaningful conversations on Sundays after church? Come to the Chat Tables in the Social Hall. We’ll introduce ourselves, talk about this Sunday’s sermon, and get to know each other. There will be a host at the table to get things started.
New to UU? 2nd Sunday of the month, after the service in the library Want to learn more about Unitarian Universalism and about this church community? Come to a brief discussion to hear about our faith and find out how you can connect with the church.
Starting Point (Intro to UU) – March and October, 4 Sundays after church Are you a new member or want to learn more about Unitarian Universalism? Sign up for this 4-Sunday session. We’ll share our faith journeys, learn about the history of Unitarian Universalism and of this church, talk about UU values and theology, and learn about paths for spiritual growth, connection, justice, and service at our church. Sessions last from 11:45 until 1:30, and lunch is provided.
UU History, fall 2026 UU History is a multi-session exploration of some of the most famous people, places and events in the history of Unitarian Universalism. Theology on TAP – Deep and insightful conversation over brews and food. We meet the THIRD Monday of each month at 6 – 8 pm at the Rio Bravo Brewery located at 1912 2nd St NW. They offer a large menu. All are welcome, and drinking alcohol is not required to participate. The Brewery has its own fenced parking lot on Haines Ave between 1st and 2nd, just south of the brewery.
